Our organization has committed to donate at least 1% of its time, products and services, and profit. We accomplish this by giving all employees the opportunity to take time out of company time, to support a cause they are passionate about, ask them to reflect where we can give our services away, and respond when employees are passionate about a cause and would like Nextview to sponsor a donation. Some employees choose to use their time to do pro-bono consulting hours for non-profits, or teaching Salesforce for free to support more diversity in the industry.
We give our services through free design thinking workshops or training sessions to non-profits. We also give profit when employees ask for contributions to charities they are passionate about, such as Roparun. We encourage our employees to continue to think about ways they can contribute to important causes that are meaningful to them.
