At Nextview we see and live the value of diversity

Waving a rainbow flag at Pride, posting a black square and saying “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas”, is not enough to show solidarity with marginalised groups. Simply putting “We stand for diversity and tolerance” on our website is insufficient as well. We want to ally with all underrepresented groups, whether it be BIPOC, the LGBTQ+ community, and/or people living with any form of stigma. That’s why, we at Nextview are striving to meet the needs of these groups in a workplace and privately educating ourselves about those whenever we can.

In line with this philosophy, we want to employ you and work with you regardless of your gender, your gender identity, your gender expression and/or your expression and/or your gender characteristics, your sexual orientation, your age, cultural or ethnic background, your physical and mental abilities, your religion/belief.
We acknowledge the fact that employees who are able to truly be themselves with their colleagues are likely to remain (happy) in their current positions. Therefore, we aim to attract allies for all marginalized communities in order to increase knowledge, understanding, and awareness within our team. We believe that this will make our workplace a safe environment for everyone regardless of their identity.

We try to include this philosophy also in our written communication. That is why we are in the process of adjusting all of our communication to be inclusive and discrimination-free, whether it be gender-inclusive, accessible, or anti-racist.
