The role in our organisation:

As a Strategic Customer Advisor you combine your own experience of IT and business transformation with Nextviews collective vision and customer experience to build a new level of communication. You assess your customer’s situation and, by forging a trusted relationship with the most senior Customer Executives, agree the ways in which you can directly enable and contribute to their transformation. By focusing on your customers’ vision of transformation, you influence many aspects of their business and technology operations, including envisioning the future state, defining execution strategies, revising the IT operating model, planning and leading key components of the change program.
When assigning you to a customer, your level of technology and integration experience is matched to the specific nature of the customer’s need for advice and support. Your work will be instrumental in accelerating the pace at which real outcomes are delivered.


We are looking for proactive colleagues who:
  • Broadly collaborate across the business orchestrating a customer centric approach to the way in which we programmatically and predictably grow our business with our clients.
  • Deliver, measure, and communicate ROI to our customers, throughout their whole business lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers on use-cases and product functionality.
  • Accurately represent their customer voice inside of Nextview, ensuring the health of their clients is properly captured, and making their voices heard as appropriate.
  • Partner with the Sales department to support and drive Nextview transformation value proposition to our clients, in a consultative selling approach.
  • Be a frequent and high profile speaker and representative of Nextview, promoting and evangelising our Way of Working at industry events, briefings, and with both internal and external executive stakeholders.

Education and Experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as on strategy
  • Passion for technology and innovation, and a proven “forward thinker”
  • Understanding of Salesforce and the business benefit
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Industry expertise in at least one of our selected industries
  • Analytical and negotiation skills, particularly at the C-level
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional English required

Competences:
  • Proven track record of performance in your career to-date in customer-facing roles with a technology bias, such as Consultant, Sales / Pre-sales, Technical Account Management, Project Manager, Enterprise Architect, Customer Success Manager, etc.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective plans followed up with flawless execution to exceed customer expectations.
  • An understanding of software development and/or the Salesforce environment.
  • A self-starter who is equally comfortable working on their own and as part of a high performing team.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, delivery, etc).
  • Alignment with our three core values of and seven guiding principles
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
