The role in our organisation:

Are you the UX/Service Designer who will make the difference in our design-led Salesforce implementations? UX/Service Design is the key element in our customer and user-centric approach transforming our client’s marketing, sales, and service processes and organizations. You will be part of our Advisory practice, a senior team with Industry experts, Business Consultants and Service Designers.

We are looking for proactive colleagues who:
  • You will work in multidisciplinary teams to design internal business systems, processes, and capabilities. 
  • You translate our clients envisioned future way-of-working into tangible designs which visualize the user experience via customer journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • You create and test low fidelity mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes to gain insights into assumptions and questions prior to the build of the solution
  • You conduct fast-track user research, translating results into tangible and feasible future scenarios of end-to-end processes and user flows.
  • You will be facilitating and working in co-creation together with PO (mostly from the client’s side), key-users, Salesforce-developers, architects, and business consultants

Education and Experience
  • You bring along more than 3 years of working experience
  • Bachelor and/or Master degree in Human Technology Interaction, User Experience Design, Industrial Design Engineering or equivalent professional design training experience
  • You are familiar with designing within the restrictions of –  and inspired by the possibilities of Salesforce.
  • Experienced with an agile way of working. Ability to write user stories, based on vision, roadmap, and service blueprints, together with salesforce developers.
  • Ability to advocate how design increases the value of the Salesforce solution which is being implemented.
  • Ability to enthuse non-designers, create ambassadorship of our design-led approach within our Nextview community and our clients, and train our Salesforce developers on UX and UI design.
  • Experience with designing within an environment of complex marketing, sales, and service processes of mid-size and large enterprises.
  • Experience in using Avonni is a plus

Competences:
  • Empathic, analytical, visual,
  • Ability to visualize end-to-end processes
  • Storytelling abilities

Qualified candidates must present an online portfolio that:

  • demonstrates love/passion for or experience in B2C and B2B services and applications
  • proves the ability to translate business processes into employee experiences of B2B applications
  • proves the ability to translate customer services into end-to-end customer processes and applications
