The role in our organisation:

As a Junior Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, you will collaborate with Nextview colleagues both remotely and on-site on customer projects. This role is focused on Salesforce customer implementations, specifically aimed at Customer Service and Customer Experience-related projects. You will be advising customers, analyzing client requirements, developing designs, and implementing Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Digital Engagement, Einstein for Service and Marketing Cloud. In this role, you’ll be working as a part of Nextview’s Customer practice.
This role offers a great learning opportunity in becoming Salesforce certified, gaining experience in consulting and learning from a large team of experienced Salesforce consultants. We are looking for proactive colleagues who:
  • Have a technical mindset, capable of learning new technologies quickly and applying them at customer projects.
  • Have a passion for Customer Service, Contact Centers and Customer Experience.
  • Are willing to invest time and energy in getting Salesforce Certifications (we expect colleagues to pass the Administrator, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud certifications in their first year).
  • Are team players with great interpersonal skills; the ability to collaborate with clients and team members in order to achieve excellent results.
  • Possess strong analytical skills; being able to define customer needs.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills.

Education and Experience
  • HBO/WO
  • Nice to have: Experience with (and a passion for) Customer Service, Customer Contact Centers or Customer Experience.

Competences:
  • Customer Focus: You know how to work customer-focused. Everything you do is to impress your customer and make the solution better than before. Not only the solution you offer, but in your communication as well. You are able to speak the language of the customer and have the right skills to know how we can create a positive impact.
  • Willingness to learn: No matter how well you prepare, customers will always find the questions that you cannot answer instantly. A great junior consultant both has the willingness as well as the capacity to learn new things fast.
  • Planning & Organising: To be successful in a turbulent surroundings, you need to plan and organize your work like a pro. Inform others (like customers and colleagues) and make sure that everything is going as planned.
