The role in our organisation:

Are you a creative and qualitative marketer that develops and manages recruitment marketing activities ? Are you able to drive our employer brand in partnership with our recruitment department and hiring managers? Look no further if you identify yourself in this role; we are happy to get to know you!

This is a key role in the next level of growth of Nextview to strengthen our leading market position.

Within the Marketing team of Nextview, you are responsible for driving our employer brand. You identify, develop and drive campaigns & activities in Germany and the Netherlands while working closely together with our management, marketing and recruitment colleagues. Your primary focus is building brand awareness and a pipeline of potential candidates.

You are not necessarily a technology expert, but you have a fundamental understanding of digital transformation and the business value it brings.

Your compensation will be based on 80% fixed and 20% variable salary to make sure that success is well rewarded. 

We are looking for proactive colleagues who:

You will focus on building and strengthening the Nextview brand and reputation to help recruit the right talent and build our talent pipeline focusing on Germany, but also work on the Netherlands region (ratio 80-20%). You will develop and build a long-term employer brand strategy and proactively look for ways to enhance Nextview’s overall employer brand and marketing efforts. You will:

  • Play a significant role in taking our talent attraction strategy to the next level as we seek out top talent for various roles across the company, from junior- to, mid-level, technical and commercial
  • Strategically build and execute marketing programs and campaigns for entry-level and experienced hire candidates – from creative brief to implementation across multiple channels
  • Create innovative recruiting approaches and solutions. Attract talent and manage execution efforts through targeted and segmented positioning
  • Become an advocate (“Brand Ambassador”) for the Nextview brand 
  • Partner and build strong relationships with the Management of Nextview
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative metrics to track and measure campaign progress against established goals and adjust as needed. Map overall success and maximize ROI of marketing activations by consistently evaluating metrics, providing insight-based recommendations for actions to continue refining strategy and approach
  • Work with the Marketing Director and Chief Commercial Officer to strengthen our communications plan
  • Drives a candidate centric approach and positively impacts the candidates experience, consideration and engagement with Nextview
  • Overall strong management and execution of marketing activations, including: development and planning, research, communications, briefings, production, vendor and partner management, reporting
  • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Be working together with our great team of industry leads, practice managers and consultants (>100 FTE) 

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years experience developing and publishing content with an emphasis on talent
  • Experience in adapting a brand strategy into target marketing campaigns, innovative marketing activations, project execution and strategy analysis
  • Proven experience delivering substantial results in employer branding/recruitment marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability in building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in both a professional services and/or small to medium size corporation environment
  • Understanding of the local and national advertising 
  • Experience helping our teams connect with potential candidates in the salesforce ecosystem

  • Self-directed and possess proven communication skills
  • Time management and the experience working across concurrent priorities
  • Organizational skills with a great attention to detail
  • Experience integrating business needs into creative marketing campaigns
  • Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment for continuous learning (e.g. Salesforce certifications & trails)
  • Fluent in German & English.
